Our goal is to make US stocks easy to research. We do not sell financial products or solicit investments.
Data sources & updates
- Prices, financials, dividends and earnings dates come from public data obtained from a US financial data provider and from filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), such as annual reports on Form 10-K, and are compiled automatically.
- Prices are updated every US trading day (Japan morning). Financial statements are updated after each company reports. Each page shows the date of its data.
- Companies that report in currencies other than the US dollar are converted to dollars, which is noted on the page.
- Some company descriptions and business summaries are translated or summarized from public filings.
- Data may contain errors or delays. Please check each company’s own filings before making important decisions.
Editorial policy
- We rely first on primary sources such as company filings, prospectuses and official statistics, and cite our sources. Information from news reports is labeled as such.
- We never recommend buying or selling a particular stock, and aim to present both the strengths and the risks.
- Technical terms come with tap-to-read explanations, and we write in plain language for newcomers.
- If we find an error, we correct it promptly and show the update date on the article.
