Meanwhile, the Industrial Solutions segment focuses on renting composite matting systems for temporary worksite access and provides accompanying site construction and related support. This division serves diverse sectors such as power transmission, E&P, pipeline operations, renewable energy, petrochemicals, and general construction, predominantly across the United States and Europe. It also supplies recyclable composite mats globally and offers comprehensive site services, including access road development, site planning and preparation, environmental protection measures, erosion control, and site restoration. Originally known as Newpark Resources, Inc., the company adopted its current name, NPK International Inc., in December 2024.
